TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SENTINEL SHADE SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS, THE SITE, OR THE PRODUCTS, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF SENTINEL SHADE SYSTEMS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

    b. IN NO EVENT SHALL SENTINEL SHADE SYSTEMS' AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, OR THE PRODUCTS EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
